Outdoor Yoga Series | Week 1
Yoga & Meditation Hike. Together we will use our senses- sight, sound, touch, & smell to experience nature. During our hike we will take moments to meditate, practice yoga, and journal. Please bring a journal and pen with you. No mat is required.
